Summer to Remember: My OJT Experience as I make my way in real world

Our OJT experience serves as a mirror, an eye opener in real world. Envisions of what some of us would become, what would our life be after we graduated. Very futuristic, makes us realize that we should strive and work hard.
In my working at Equinox Virtual Solutions/MobileLab Business Solution Inc. is very challenging but fun. I have practiced some of my programming skills which focuses more on web programming. The company open its door to new graduates and new entrants because they offer them good working environment and molds us to become better in skills that suits us. All OJTs had experienced different things working in a real world. As a trainee, I have developed to follow on instructions to ensure that the process is properly sequence. Ask question to clarify my understanding about things, to prevent from incurring errors. I can say that I gained to work effectively, improve my self confidence in socializing to people. I have the initiative in doing something. I’ve learned to be flexible, since culture is always changing, thus impacting the business model and corporate culture as well. In my 240 hours of OJT I can say that the course I enrolled is exactly where I want and I will probably stay in this profession for as long job opportunities are present.
Working with Equinox Virtual Solutions/MobileLab Business Solutions Inc. makes our summer time more productive and memorable, it was a blast and such a journey.
